Together with dramatist Maria Tryti Venneroed, lightdesigner Ingeborg Olerud and danceartist Kristin Helgebostad, Berstad/Skar will create a room where the interplay between different bodies, sound and text will be the center of the reality that they are looking for. The artists wish to expand the moments that arises when the obvious is getting distorted and disassosiated through other action. The desire to get to a place where everything has become something else is driving the project.
Berstad/Skar consists of choreographer Ingeleiv Berstad and composer Julian Skar. In 2007 they started their experiments using technology as one of many ways of producing, recycling and reproducing movement and sounds.
